New Beginnings
It’s time for new beginnings,
With the start of a new year.
Now put past problems aside
And to your loved ones adhere.
This is our chance to start over,
Striving for a world of peace.
This new year we must all
Work hard for hatred to cease.
Now is our opportunity to correct
All those mistakes we have made.
This shall be the time we can
Help someone coming to their aid.
May we the people of the earth
Reach out to all our fellow man.
While we are making our world
A place where humanity expands.
I wish you a Happy New Year
Filled with peace and great love.
May The Lord bless your life
With all His mercy from above.
