Description
I took this image at the beginning of summer when the pool water was still not warm enough to swim. Kayla really wanted to get into the water and of course I said no! When she thought I wasn't looking, she and her partner in crime, my dachsie Nikita, took their chance!!! They are inseperable! I just find it so funny - the two of them doing what they shouldn't!!

How adorable! They're so curious, so set on what they want. We were never allowed to run through the sprinkler until it was 70F. We would tap on the thermometer, breathe on it, hoping to get the temp up so we could show our grandma it was really warm enough. LOL! Kan nie wag om jou te sien, Dierbaar! >:D<

I know you know kids don't feel the cold if it gets in the way of fun. You just have to get them out before the shade of blue they turn gets too obvious :)

This is so adorable. Nikita is probably wondering who that other dog is in the pool. My parents would tell us the same thing. When we protested they would let us go swimming. Then when we complained we were cold they would laugh and say, "I told you it was cold but you wouldn't listen." This is how parents raised in New York City teach their children.
