Hello my dearest and most wonderful friend. The heart is the center of our being... it is where the truth of our being originates. Only we can know what is going on inside of ourselves. Only we can change that which we feel. It is a tough thing to work on sometimes, but it is well worth the effort. When things around us appear to be off center, we sometimes feel out of our integrity. What this means is that we do not feel integrated from within... we feel a little off center. The great thing about life is that we do not always have to know the 'why' of everything. We just have to know that we recognize that certain something that does not feel quite right. Usually when we feel a little bit off center, it means that we are about to make a change in our life. The things that have made us uncomfortable is our junk coming up. When our junk comes up, it is ready to be released. You might look at it like a mental cleansing. That which no longer serves our highest good is ready to be released. Sometimes we are consciously aware of what we wish to release and sometimes was are not consciously aware of what is ready to be released. In either case, it is a willingness to release and just letting it go. What a great way to do a mental house cleaning. Our thought for the day is: 'The mind sees what it needs to see. The soul sees what the soul sees.' -- Author Unknown My wish for you this day is a day filled with wonder and wrapped in a hug and may there always be peace in your valley of life. I wish you good tidings for ringing in the New Year as we celebrate the life that we are and the memories of our grand and glorious year. To be sure, it has been and will always be in our memories as a time that was divine, just simply divine.
