Description
Captured 7/31/10, at the American Civil War Reenactment, held at the vast and beautiful El Dorado Park in beautiful Long Beach, California.

OMG, it's been eons since I posted my last Civil War collage (actually 11/18/10), and I feel an apology is due for this long delay, but, then again, I also had tons of other stuff to put on display, so time just slipped by. Mea culpa. I didn't realize it would take this long to get back to the Civil War reenactment, which really holds priority.

Beautiful shots Harry! Belated Happy Birthday and Happy New Year! My son was into the civil war and had many items he collected but the thing I remember the most was the book that had paintings of the war...I don't know what kind of filter you used on this but it looks very much like those old paintings. Bravo! I have to fav this one so my son can see:-)

Another wonderful collage of this event. I'm glad I wasn't amongst that row of shooters the noise would be deafening. I wonder who chooses to be the dead and who lives. A bit like life really.
