"Ah, quickly we move through the ruins that bow to the ground The old men and children they send out to face us, they can't slow us down And all that I ever was able to see The eyes of the city are opening now it's the end of the dream" Al Stewart ~ "Roads to Moscow" from the album "Past, Present, and Future" This one was started quite some time ago and changed numerous times over the last few months as I dropped back to it and tried some other dumb idea. As a matter of fact, I had another one for it as I was posting this one... rofl. Done as a wallpaper, hence the size. The title comes from other lyrics in Al's song as well, probably the best (only?) song ever written about "Operation Barbarossa" ~ the German invasion of Russia during WWII as told from start to Gulag-exiled finish through the eyes of a Russian soldier. Most excellent, try to listen to it if you can find it online. CREDITS: A whole shitload of Stonemason things... and patience, lol. Two of his 'City Ruins' broke apart and put back together and then all kinds of parts and pieces from various other sets from walls to plants and groundcovers added. Mech is Sanctum Art's old 'Howler Mecha'. The M3's inside it have Xurge's 'Heavy Suit' on and the lone wolf in the lower corner is his 'Space Marine' armor posed (no M3 inside)with Uzilite's 'Uber Rifle'. Multiple Jepe's 'SteamZ' used for the fires and the Dystopia 'City Blocks' skydome offers some atmosphere. The fallen crest is from 'Steampunk Towers'. My lights. All Daz, no postwork other than my siggy.
