Now THIS is a unique photo! Were you working on the bridge or is it a telephoto from an airplane? Beautiful with the mountains and low cloud in the background (but must be a bit unnerving to work INSIDE such clouds!). Nice job keeping the ground level out of the photo - it heightens the feeling of being high up!

I LOVE this!!! Thank you so much for posting it! Tacoma is just about an hour from here, so this is practically next door. But wow ... a shot I would NEVER be able to get! You must have been on the south tower to get this image. When I was a little kid we'd drive across the Narrows Bridge (the old section, of course) and I'd imagine climbing up the main cable to the top of the tower and then sliding down the other side. LOL! Funny ... I haven't thought of that for years. I never thought about what the view might be like up there, but it's outstanding! (The foreground is the Kitsap Peninsula, and those are the Olympic Mountains in the background. Same geography as what I posted the other day, but from many miles south of here. Superb!) Thank you again! This is marvellous!
