That is NOT me in the picture!
Thanks for visiting my gallery! If you were redirected here from Culture Crunch, you will find the "alternate versions" of Didi and Kelly here, as well as a few prototypes, if you look hard enough.
Once upon a time, I thought to myself, "Wouldn't it be cool to make pictures of people on the computer?" Of course, at the time, I was thinking more along the lines of Max Headroom, but when Poser came out, I knew I had to have it. Yes, folks, I am one of the lucky few who has been using Poser since version 1!
Most people would agree that Poser 4 was the turning point, where it went from being a reference tool to a way to make real pictures (I won't say "real art") in its own right. Then came along someone named Victoria... And the rest is history!
Recently I've been getting into DAZ Studio quite a bit. I'm also trying to wrap my mind around LuxRender.

Christmas or birthday party, this is a heart-warming beautiful image with many of your characters assembled for some fun. I wonder how your computer is able to render so many figures in one image (mine hangs with two V4s!). Yes, Faemike55 should have a real happy birthday party away from the computer for a change. Thanks for the post. I really appreciate it - nice atmosphere and each person has his/her character (you're a master at this showing character business!). :-)

This has great atmosphere and fun.

In response to T.Rex, my computer could not nearly handle this many figures in one scene. This is a combination of five renderings stitched together: the two in the upper left, the two in the upper right, the two in the center, the two in front plus the cat, and the tree all by itself. The tree took the longest to render!!

Ohhhh fantastic!

you won by entering the contests. Most people do not even try. So do not worry about winning or loseing. You know you did your best you can now and you will grow more so next time you may get into the running. happy brithday mike
Madbat
Yeah, they do need to take those decorations down. They also need to give me a cookie.

Yeah, you need at least Carrara to win a flowerpot in those contests. Guess the point is that those two contests should have been combined to give you a chance for a price: Your images are always story-telling. :-)
