no big story here but i know that there are still places where snow is falling quite mucho mucho.
a little sad news:
we received a telephone call last night (i hate telephones)Utes son in law is in a coma.
apparently a car accident with some carnage afterwards,and as i dont know all the details yet i cant tell you more.
now the thing i am worried about is ute ,because utes daughter is very emotional and beeing young she cant control these feelings very much.
thats why we have to comfort her and me beeing the one who has to comfort both.
best thing for me to keep my brains away from thinking of all the bad scenarios who can come out here is to keep on rendering and playing the fool up to a certain degree.
and i am grateful that the lord gave me the strength and inner confidence to be able to cope.
apparently the guys brain has been without oxygen for a while thats why they put him in an artificial coma after giving emergency surgery.
now i am not a brain surgeon but i can smell foul eggs here while thinking of what might come out.
i keep you guys up to date as soon as i get more intel (lol). sorry but laughing keeps me alive.

So sorry to hear this bad news Rene. Yes, they do that when a persons brain is in trouble. They induce an artifical coma to give things time to heal. I hope this will be the case with Ute's son-in-law. Prays going out for all of you. Hugs Liz

Terrible news to start the new year, Rene, I'm so sorry to hear this. As somebody mentioned induced comas are quite often instigated when there's severe head trama. As a matter of fact, the lady Congressman that was head-shot in Tucson this last weekend is in one as well. My prayers and best to you both, be strong my friend, your family needs you.
