Description

The shadow knows. Top two pics captured 12/27/10, bottom three captured 12/13/10, early in the morning, at my comfy Holifield Park, situated within walking distance of my haute haven. Better viewed full size. To prevent any distractions, I postworked out all kinds of detritus, such as pebbles, twigs, seed pods, irrelevant shadows, and the like. Au revoir, thankx for the peek, and for any and all complimentary comments and favs.

You've swept the walkway clean via postwork. Like these...some look like stars.

Nice work. Thought this might be a little weird when I saw the Thumbnail. But bigger look reveals a nice set of shots and series.

Very nice idea for a collage, and Nancy was right about how some of them appear creepy;)

The first one looks like two dogs about to fight. Neat collection of leaf shadows.

Your shadows are a treat for me because I see things totally different that leaves ar (members placed on the ground (birds, dragons, plants etc ...)

In the first I see a personification of the wind, with its profile on the left and its mouth open as it makes loud whooshing sounds. In the second I see a creature in the shadows, that is howling after just being struck by a javelin. (Or maybe it's an exotic jungle plant. That's much more cheery) Number three, raggedy clothes on a line, in a strong gale. Number four, the owl from "The Owl and the Pussycat", belting out a song for his beloved. Number five, an umbrella. I like the second one best, not for the gloomy image I saw, but for the lovely light and clarity of the capture of the leaf and the sharp curvy patterns of the shadow. Terrific shots!
