Description

Another in the Phobos terraforming series I've been working on for several years. I really started to wonder what the first significant changes to the appearance of Phobos would be on the ground if it gained a (temporary) atmosphere and water. I really started to be drawn to an image almost right out of the old west. It's a trail being blazed by pioneers - barren, but with potential.

I like how the shadow explains the shape in the middle--I think one of the moons (and I can't remember if it's Deimos or Phobos) is destined to de-orbit sometime in the fairly near future, geologically speaking. i think it's gonna leave a mark!
