Johannesburg, South Africa.
With major crime problems in Johannesburg, a lot of houses in more affluent areas have great big walls and electric fences around them. These guys have found an ingenius way to watch the soccer... sit on the sidewalk in a fancy neighbourhood and plug the telly into someone's electric fence! ..a few chairs, a few friends, what more could you want?!

Yes, that grass IS very green and trimmed nicely! Very ingenious way to watch TV! I don't know how the people who own the property feel, but it doesn't seem like these people are hurting anyone, beyond using a bit of electricity.
