TEACH QUESTION ! Have your ever met a modern medieval mentalist? Well folks, you’re about to. She is on loan from Hogwarts Academy; on loan to our MADHOUSE MIDWAY to conduct her annual seminar for Dr. doarte’s CHILDREN’S WORKSHOP. Here to give her exciting presentation: “The Marvels of Mystery”. Too deep you say for tots teetering on the brink of becoming Teens? Perhaps. But consider: It’s mystery that sends astronauts into space to seek meaning in a universe of stars; mystery that drives scientists to search our DNA for answers to disease. It’s mystery that excitedly unwraps a birthday gift or prompts two absolute strangers to whisper: “I LOVE YOU” It’s mystery that makes us pray for answers and mystery that brings adventure into all the hum-drum-days of just being alive. your image is elegant, beautiful and excellently executed, but it is your words that have given me something to think about...i am not going to present some philosophical treatise, but, i wonder is it just the mystery or is it the mystery combined with intellectual curiosity (that has been fine tuned through observation/eduction, providing the necessary tools) that leads certain individuals the desire to examine the mysteries that surround us? from my perspective, it really is a hand-in-glove situation. all the teaching in the world will go to waste if the audience is not receptive.
