Hot enough for you? Do what I do. Imagine yourself in a field of snow, although I'm usually naked in my imaginings.

I made the snow by making spikes on a flat terrain and then clipping all but the very tops off. Stacked and rotated ten terrains into the background for depth. Made bright white with no shadows.

added: The snow on the shoulders is a duplicate white figure, raised and shifted a bit. Some post was used to refine it.

Dunno why, but on a hot day this feels so good, can totaly empathise, fact it happens to be a very nice image too is a plus (do you get goose bumps when you imagine youself butt naked, (don't meen to be voyeristic here), just thinkin;'o'givin' it a try myself ) !! ;-)
