Or is it? I sketch these things freehand all the time; randomly placed circles, connective curves with inner spaces broken down to smaller and smaller flowing shapes. Technically, I suppose they aren't true fractals, but they sure have the same "feel". This is my first attempt at giving them flesh and dimension. I think I like it. Sort of looks like an anatomical study of a new specimen. Brushed & splattered ink Watercolor on mylar Actual size
