I had a dream last night
And you were in it
You were standing out in the cold
Looking in through the window
Hoping I would see you
Hoping I wouldn’t forget you
I was standing out in the cold

Hoping you wouldn’t forget me
And for just one moment
Our hands touched the glass
At the same time
Connecting our souls forever
And even though
We were both still on the outside
Looking in
It wasn’t so cold anymore
