Description

This is my second character and second member of Chelese's squadron, Wintha Fei Yin. During a mission to capture a particularly dangerous adversary, both she and Chelese were seriously hurt;resulting the lost of both her right arm as well as Chelese's left arm. I'll explain more next time.
