Description
I remember when I was back in the UK we would have these competitions to drink a yard of ale in the least possible time
The yard of ale is 1 yard long (funny enough) or approximately 1 meter. It holds 2.5 pints or 1.4 litres and the fastest on record for drinking it is 5 seconds with out spilling anything.
The yard and pool where modeled by myself!

Triggers memories of a Cambridge, MA, bar called "The Yard of Ale," conveniently located near the Harvard Yard, and which specialized in, well, yards-of-ale. I probably downed a football field (100 yards) worth of ale there, but don't every remember seeing any bald, naked customers with purple skin and polka dots. Then again, I don't remember very much at all, except that somehow one yard of ale was never enough.

At first I thought Bong was blowing some glass 'Chihuly-style' ! I tried that once, drank about half the beer and wore the rest...LOL ! Fun scene and kool modelling, BTW that was direct ref to Dire Straights in my last post...maybe you didn't understand my words... Well done & ~Cheers~
