Description

I wonder why this car wheel was clamped...? (being silly) ... the red line gives the reason away, in an area for buses to collect/drop commuters in the waterfront. At least R300 ($40 or £27) had to be paid by the diver to be mobile again. Clive

How interesting! I've never seen a clamp like this before. Sometimes in downtown Seattle they'll chain a barrel to your bumper. I've never been in that situation, but I'm sure I wouldn't like it much! Aside from my education ... this is a great shot! I love the colors, the composition, the clarity.

Some people have no respect...we see that a lot here with the drivers of "expensive" cars! The rules apparently don't apply. I hope it was a big fine!
