Description

Thanks For All the comments on the last one. I tried to rework the pad because that seemed to be the biggest hangup. Also toned down the DOF. I think it still needs better AA but I'm working on an old pIII 450 and I haven't got all week. Any other comments are very appreciated. Thanks!

Much nicer! (than an already nice scene) refraction is much better and the pad looks like it has about the right kind of weathering. BTW has a mouse been at the pencil? AjokImake. ^_^ Nice.

Excellent work! Good to see you got the notepad sorted! And you did a hell of a job getting it sorted it looks much better! This scene has some fantastic modelling and the DOF is just right! As I said before excellent work keep it coming!

It was great to begin with, nut with just a few tweaks you got it to look perfect. Great job, the realism is truly staggering. I definitely wanna see more of this sorta stuff, very cool.

Looks great to me and DOF is just right, you don't need to bother your old machine with more AA :).

The pad details are great. The only think I think needs improvement is the Pencel. What did the pencel look like earlier? Fix the pencel and nobody can tell this isn't a photograph.

the refraction in the glasses doesnt seem right. and the corona effect is too large. i like the dof effect, sometimes people make it too much but it really fits into this scene...
nice render overall. rating: 6,5 :)

Hmm.. really nice... I just feel the mug and the desk are a bit too reflective... You might also want to consider using a little bumpmap on the noteblock... giving it some indenting like there's been scribbled on the previous page...

This is amazing! The pencil is the only thing that I think is lacking on the realism. Those #2 yellow pencils have a little shine to them... maybe some text on the pencil would help. I see images like this ... how wonderful they are, and all I can dream about is learning Lightwave. Nice work!
