Description
Freezing rains were predicted here once again in what is supposed to be the South (North Carolina) but we luckily only got very cold rain. Three straight severe Winters in a row..... Have had enough and I am definitely making plans to move:)

Cold weather comes in cycles. About the time you find a place that isn't as harsh in winter, the cycle will turn and winter will be back to "normal" there. Gorgeous sky.
