Most people have some sort of "Inner Demon" to deal with, though of various different types and numbers. Sometimes the only way to lessen the hold such Inner Demons have over you is to expose and ridicule them. In such a way, you can shed maladaptive beliefs and perform self-help for yourself. For me, one such "Inner Demon" is the mistaken belief I developed growing up that the path of life is very narrow and the risk of stepping off the edge of that path is ever-present. Here is my attempt to ridicule and banish the Inner Demon of "You Must Follow the Straight and Narrow Path!" Such a belief can lead to a life lived as if in a straight jacket; severely limited in what you can do (or at least what you believe you are allowed to do without great risk or severe consequences). It occurs to me that perhaps others would like me to do cartoons to ridicule and banish their Inner Demons…
