I am led to understand that the year 1500 was quite prosperous for Tulips...well...in Agara, maybe. It's amazing how a gallery can grow and suddenly, you look back and see just how much it's grown. Amazing. And I love the fact that you marked 1500 with a shot like this. It's quite gorgeous and incredibly bold. It's not every day one has the guts to actually photograph flowers in black and white; for some, the whole point is the color, and yet this works so perfectly! Flowers in monochrome! WOW! There's something even more intense about floral beauty when it's presented like this. I like it a lot. 1500 images...wow! Well, it goes without saying that I most definitely look forward to at least 1500 more! This is great!

Multiply the shutter speed by 1500 and the result is 2 hours and 5 minutes. That was a 5 second exposure too... No wonder time flies in photography! Very much a dark room image! Veels geluk! Clive
