I have seen some creatures like this moving around in the mid-ocean depths. They can range from only inches, up to three feet across. The characteristic in your image that brings this to mind is the swirling tendrils that are used to capture prey. I tell you true Cheryl, they can sting something fierce! Excellent depiction!
