Description
First chance to play with my new cam a Canon SX1. The old S3 finally bit the dust when the shutter started to stick which seems to be quite a common fault on that particular model. Still loads of noise in low light conditions but it will shoot raw, does HD video and with a x20 zoom I can't really complain for the price.
The location is Cawsand one of my favourite unspoilt spots in Cornwall and a great place to chill out on a Sunday morning.

Great shot, I lived in Cornwall for two and a half years near Padstow but we never got to Cawsand I will have to put it on my places to visit. Your new camera seems to be doing a good job, it produced a nice sharp photo and its well exposed, my Canon 10D is very noisy in low light I just tell myself it adds to the atmosphere.
