I would look at #3 first, then #2. I would probably look at #1 if your name was on it, but it reminds me too much of the romance stuff that people are passing off as fantasy nowadays. However, if that is your market, then I'd go with #1.

If it is a physical, put it in my hands, and turn the pages type of book : Number 1 would cause me to pick it up and read the insert to get the overall feel to the story, to see what it's about. If it's a digital book, then Number 2 or Number 3 would grab my interest to click and read on.

I think 1 is very nice, but it's difficult to choose it if you don't know anything about the story. Can you submit all three? 2 is obviously good for a story with some action, while 3 is more magical...honestly, I would want to know at least something about the story before submitting anything because these are all good and your choice shouldn't be rejected through no fault of your own.
