Description

I referenced my in depth wealth of knowledge in the field of science fiction gained on Oct. 03, 1952, ( location unknown ), while reading my first and only comic book on the subject matter to create this master image. I have a firm conviction and belief, that “Kryptonite”, is the fuel of the future. You will observe here the drilling procedure taking place on as yet an unknown and undiscovered planet. I was also motivated to create this due to the fact that if I don’t post something on a regular basis, I get the shakes.

Hey ol Man.. check this artical in the news: (AP) A mineral recently discovered in Serbia has the same composition as kryptonite — the fictional substance that robs Superman of his powers — the British Museum said Tuesday. While the material is not a perfect match, its chemical breakdown is strikingly similar. A drill core of the unusual mineral was unearthed in Serbia by the mining group Rio Tinto PLC, which turned it over to mineral expert Chris Stanley at the Natural History Museum for analysis. "Towards the end of my research I searched the Web using the mineral's chemical formula, sodium lithium boron silicate hydroxide, and was amazed to discover that same scientific name written on a case of rocks containing kryptonite stolen by Lex Luthor from a museum in the film 'Superman Returns,'" Stanley said. It will be formally named Jadarite when it is described in the European Journal of Mineralogy later this year. Cool huh? I wonder if your background looks like someplace in Serbia? Truth is stranger than fiction George. Great job and best wishes from Dave :^)

I can relate to your getting the shakes from not posting! My addiction is terrible, and, perhaps, so is my art, but that doesn't slow me down. A most interesting concept, kryptonite fuel for the future! What would Superman say? Great scene and splendid imagination! Very well done!

''I was also motivated to create this due to the fact that if I don’t post something on a regular basis, I get the shakes.'' coolcatcom: HELLO, my CANADIAN FRIEND! (TallPockets once got a Pill Subscription. The bottle was a liquid the docs told T.P. to take and READ the INSTRUCTIONS closely! So, DUMB T.P. did such! The 'label' said, "SHAKE WELL before using" (Now, comes the VISUAL part, coolcatcom: See TallPockets .... See TallPockets SHAKE 'himself' into a state o' DIZZINESS!). SMILES. SUPERB work (for a SHAKY Canadian!). WINK.
