Description

As the title would suggest, tonight was my first real attempt to sit down and render a portrait for a change. Mona (missblue) and I started discovering each other's work a couple of nights ago, and I noticed not only did she do a lot of portraits, but that she did them well!!! I asked for pointers and she just told me I should try (good advice by the way). So tonight I did, and here is the result. Also thanks to Arno (Rnofsky) who ended up posting something that gave me a great frame in terms of the dimension changes for portraits. The title is a catchphrase a friend of mine uses all the time, and I just thought it was appropriate for this piece. Being that this is new territory I'm getting into, honest oppinions would be appreciated here, complimentary or critical. I'd love to know what you all think? I was going for daytime light. I think this is a fantastic first try Matt :) I like the camera angle of her.. And you see.. The more you try the better they but this is fantastic.. Im looking forward to see more from you. Sorry for late replay but i had a "kidweekend" =) Have a wonderful sunday evening, Hugs Mona
