Description

The 1931 Duesenberg sedan is my favorite of all the old classic cars. Sorry for the velvet ropes in the foreground but who knew, in 1998, that I would be posting on RR. Thanks Renderocity! Part of the display, at the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada. This collection was displayed on the top level of a parking garage behind the hotel. Actually, I think the velvet ropes gives this image that extra touch of class, as if to say "look! but don't touch!"

DANA: HELLO! SUPER shot and description! (Jim Gilmore, a HUGE car dealer in the days around KALAMAZOO, Michigan when TallPockets was a KID, was also into AUTO RACING. Sponsored Indy 500 four time winner, A.J. FOYT. He also had a HUGE car collection nearby. Saw it every year. Had ONE Show with nothing but DUESENBERGS! AMAZING cars!).

The summum senior class for those years my friend. It's a real pleasure to just glimpse the divine as beauty. But hey. I believe that I get carried away. But hey.
