Description

DULCE BASE - Level 6 (please click to view in full, you'll love the reflection) In New World Order conspiracy circles, Dulce Base is a joint CIA-Human-Alien base, located under the Archuleta Mesa in Dulce, New Mexico. Under the town of Dulce, the base is a central hub that is connected to a vast complex of networks of bases and shuttle systems that crisscross through out the entire country. There are seven "known" levels in Dulce Base, with several "unknown" caverns below them. Level 6 is known as the Nightmare Hall. Here genetic experiments are performed on humans and animals in crossbreeding. This scene takes place on that level. From a story that I wrote back in 1998, this is a shot from "The Abduction of Ian Sarpedon." To the right, Ian (standing) is with Corrin (crouched) and the two are on their way down towards the lower levels of Dulce Base. Their objective is to reach the reactor, implode it and escape. There is no direct route to the reactor, so the two have to snake their way through every level, finding the lift that will take them down to the next level. To the left, there is the lift that will take them to the next level, but there are three grey aliens and a couple of Biomechs, in their path. Though the "Reptilians" are the true leaders of Dulce Base, I have decided to make them a secondary force and place the Biomechs as the main, silent driving force behind the alien base. I did this to add the element of unspeakable fear when they are encountered. The Biomechs are out to control the known galaxy, at any cost. This shot took three weeks to build, set up lights and tweak the camera and two and a half hours to render. ThanX for viewing.
