Description

Lake Matheson reflecting (some of) Mount Cook. South Island of New Zealand. The weather was rather decidedly unhelpful - we arrived in Lake Matheson at the end of a period of record breaking rain, so its famous view was somewhat occluded. EOS 30D with Carl Zeiss Jena Flektogon 35mm f/2.4 Comments, both complimentary and critical, are always welcome. See also:

Perfect tranquility, wonderful soft light, the lone duck lazily moving across the calm waters with beautiful colors and reflections, just simply gorgeous!
