Description
Seila Dann is a Twi'lek noble NPC from an RPG I run with some friends online. I'd share more info about her, but they'll be reading this. :P
On a technical note, I didn't originally intend to make her such a rich burgundy color but settled on that after deciding against more traditional Twi'lek colors like aqua, violet, and red. I intended for the outer cloak to be sheer and sparkly, but I'm by no means opposed to the glowy look. ;)
