Description

The Theremin was invented in 1919 by a Russian physicist named Lev Termen (in the United States his name was Leon Theremin This is actually a 3D object I created in Stucture Synth "A tool for creating 3D structures using recursive rules" Extract from Mymind.com "The Theremin is an instrument you play with out touching, many bands like Hawkwind and Led zeppelin used the mark I. A series of Sci fi films also used it haunting sound in there sound track. The Mark II is a full on body experience, which is controlled via the mind with flashing lights and moving parts. Still in Beta testing as no one has quiet yet got the hang of it!" To view a video of the Mark I being played try this link! www.youtube.com/watch?v=mW0B1sipLBI
