This is cerebron an incredibly powerful Psychic he doesn't read palms or tell your future but you probably wouldn't want to piss him off.

That's a pretty cool looking superhero... or supervillian, depending on how he's feeling that day. Nice work!

Let me know how you like the logo as well as the character I worked really hard on both. Cerebron is an original character he was kidnapped and experimented which is how he got his powers. He was horribly scarred in the experiments which is why he wears the mask. The device on his shoulders was an amplifier but is now broken however it's effects were instantaneous and permanent. Upon donning it Cerebron accidentally killed dozens of researchers at Project 47 (the facility where he was experimented upon) he unleashed the full fury of his powers upon his tormentors and is guilt ridden over the carnage he wrought. A large crater is now all that is left of all 25 miles worth of Project 47. He has sworn never to kill again as a result of his guilt. He despises any who prey upon others but holds a special disdain for kidnappers. Pictured above is the onslaught of Project 47.

Your logo is pretty cool, though at first glance it made me think of the Turkish flag. Looking closer, it does look very sort of sci-fi and interesting. Very suggestion of action. I think the character and back story is pretty clever as well.
