Description

The Fire Desert, almost always covered by dust clouds is a desolate place, a no-man's land. Mining is free for all the nations, if one survives its dangers everything that finds is for himself. The prizes are the star-diamonds and the appreciated rare earths. Many expeditions disappear during the nights and nobody knows why. Many thanks for your visit and comments. Great weekend for all! Nice placement of the light, especialy on the b/g mountains, and the restricted colour palette works well. There are a few unexpected elements, like stormclouds over the desert or a high-tech boring machine in what one takes to be a low-tech society, but the overall impression is very pleasing.
