It's quite nice, but can be greatly improved. Make the upper bolt a chamfer box to eliminate the crisp edges. Make the elbow on the water supply pipe on the bottom more rounded. That sharp 45 degree angle breaks the reality. Add a little bit of blur to your bump or displace map to soften the decoration just a bit. Make some feet for it to stand on. It would have four feet. The weight would never be supported on the intake and outlet pipes like that. Finally, you title it an old radiator, but the texture is crisp and shiny. Give it some wear and age. And turn down the specularity on those slots.
