Looks great! One thing jumped out at me: the right hand stair rail does not meet the post at the top. Another thing took a little longer to notice: both stair rails should have a heavy post at the bottom (I think they are called Newell Posts). Lastly, the columns seem to melt into the balcony. Fine if that was intended, but that can happen unintentionally with 3D modeling.

It looks good. Other than the the things already mentioned, the doors are not proportioned correctly. The top half of the door is too short, door knobs do not go in the middle of the door, but about 2/5 from the bottom. The top half of the door should be stretched up about a foot. The columns are an odd design. Looks like it was made with a bevel tool instead of a lathe like a real carpenter would use. But it does look good.
