Description
Photo taken on Febuary 10, 2011, showing the progress of construction from my posts "Wall Section 1" and "Wall Section 2". Some of you wanted to see how things were progressing.
Here, the roof has been coated with tar and thick water resistant asphalt plates have been placed on top of that. Now the roof for the entrance to the underground parking is being covered with earth. Meanwhile, the ground under the roof is being excavated in this "from the top down" manner of construction.

Quite a job, strange it looks finished and yet they've hardly started....would be interesting to see the 'moles' tunnelling away below.....
