Fantastic capture. I used to live in Tegel and either took the U-Bahn or rode my bike to Friedrichstrasse between Kochstrasse and Hallisches Tor. Even though the borders were still open in the late 50s we didn't spent much time in East Berlin. And former east Berlin had most of the architectural gems.

A wonderful image. Great detail. I like how the young man on the right looks like he is hurrying to catch the bus. Ein wunderbares Bild. Tolles Detail. Ich mag, wie der junge Mann auf der rechten Seite sieht aus wie er eilt auf den Bus erwischen.
