Description

Quite a lot of processes in this one. Starting out with custom morphs in zBrush, then back in DAZ studio with lots of fine-tuning with D-Form tools to adjust the outfit to fit snugly. Postwork was done in Photoshop, including the painting of the beard - along with minor corrections. Then overpainted in Painter. this is very strong, very professional CG work. the only drawbacks i can see is that the eyeballs and lids, ears and head shape are very M4, and the lack of linear workflow makes the shadows distractingly dark (especially on his bracer). the body morphs are stellar, the pose is good, the hair painting is great, the metalwork came out amazingly well, and the scene is occupies a perfectly balanced point between dramatic detail and soft blurring. i especially like his hands. very impressive!
