Description

I have been reading tutorials trying to understand how to use Terragen II better. This is my 1st image I have made trying to apply what I have learned. I'm happy with how it turned out. all advice, critiques, and comments welcome. - Dan

I love it. I downloaded about a year ago the free version of no 2 but have never managed to get any type of success like you have achieved. Your render is moody, with great clouds water and lighting.

Cracking render, my friend. Good use of TG2. I still use the classic version, since I don't have time to learn TG2, even though I do have the licensed version. I admire anyone who can make sense of nodes and such like. After the day which I have had, this just comes at the right moment. Thanks for sharing it with your fellow Renderositeers. excellent first scene! did you use 'ray trace atmo'? maybe increase atmo samples to eliminate some of the noise... keep at it, I look forward to seeing more, well done! :)

Great render and composition. I would try a different colour on the fake stones - apart from that really good. This Terragen gallery gets better by the day!
