No idea what these stone figurines mean and who builds them. Sometimes I find them in the forest. Thanks for looking.

I believe that I heard that stones stacked like this are sometimes used as a trail marker or it could have been someone just playing around for the fun of it.Whatever it was,it is interesting and makes for a nice photograph.Good work.

That is too cool! I build stuff like that myself, there really isn't any "spiritual meaning" per se, there's an artist named Andrew Goldsworthy who got this craze started, and now lots of people are doing it. Try it sometime, it's fun and addictive! At any rate, this is a really nice shot, good rich colors and lovely capture of the wonderful details in the stones!
