Yay!!!! I've got a keyboard at last:-) So much to tell you all..... Got a new kitten,she was abandoned in a box near where my friend works. The worse part of the story is that people were trying to kill her, kids were looking for her with baseball bats and this is the most disgusting part for me...THE PRIEST FROM THE NEARBY CHURCH BROUGHT HIS DOGS TO HUNT HER DOWN AND KILL HER!!!!!!!My friend managed to catch her and she gave her to me, she is a tiny little calico cat with the biggest purr, I called her Marie after my friend. The other news is at the last dog shows we attended, my Italian Greyhound won Best Dog On Show at the one show and our big Greyhound won the same award at the other show, we were over the moon..What a weekend for the 'Hounds of Broad Oaks' I am so glad to be able to type properly again:-) Going to browse the galleries, see you there! Poor kitten, and I'm not at all surprised about the priest, LOL - and of course, boys will be evil with too many in the group now days, thank goodness, your friend intervened! And hooraaaaay for your GH - good for you!

Fantastic image! Excellent work. Poor kitten. It always makes my skin crawl when I hear stories like this. I just don't understand how people can be so cruel. I'm glad she's found a good home with you. Good for you! Congrats on your dog show!

wow fabulous, wow poor kitten. I took in a cat many years ago that we found in a dumpster..someone burned his whiskers off and then he had 2 broken ribs... but I took care of him

Great looking image Sylvia, always enjoy your art. Now let me say THANK GOD you were there to help rescue the kitty from those animals in your neighborhood. It makes me mad to hear about people who would harm a innocent kitten in such a manner. The so called priest will have to answer to God for this sin, and bad as it is to say it would be a pleasure to see him being hunted down with dogs if you ask me. Congratulations on your win at the dog show.
