Description

Soon.... as in two weeks we are moving back to Colorado.....Being down here in the sky of the Southern constellation (nine years) I always marveled over what I call "Florida's Grinning Moon" Coming back from walking the dog the grinning moon shone....so FINALLY I took some pics of it... could be a loooong time till I see it face to face again.

This is a rare sight for me. Thanks for sharing. I was just looking at the moon the other day and wondered about it all. Turn ir 90 degrees and that's what we see up here in TN.

Shay isn't kidding! LOL! I saw a bright spot through the clouds this evening, and I assume it was the moon. :P This is gorgeous! I've never been down there, but I've heard tell about this moon. I'm glad you shot this, and I'm glad you're headed back for Colorado! I'll look forward to seeing pics from your new (old) home.

This did make me grin, but I think you should transplant two copies of Venus or Jupiter up there for eyes.

Very nice! A couple eyes and it would be the cat from "Alice in wonderland".
