No. I think you have it wrong in a way Claude. I don't think it's a garden at all. I think it's a bio-organic city. We rarely see this, but civilizations much more advanced then ever we've known are beginning to show themselves to us, to show us there is another way then the wasteful way we've chosen to live. This is a self sustaining city, creating it's own bio organic power sources, utilizing the waste produced by it's citizens as sources of food and fertilizer to sustain the city and power structurs.
