Description
This bridge in the middle of Rotterdam dates back to 1878, but it was largely rebuild in 1926/1927. It was merely used by the Dutch Railways. In 2003 a large tunnel took it�´s place and this bridge was declared a monument.
It was rather hazy at the morning I took this picture which explains the muted colors.

ik ben er als kind nog overheen gereden.. kan me de tunnel werkzaamheden nog herinneren. Toen was Rotterdam nog laag.. dat was zeker niet in 2003 maar eerder rond 1973

Mooi hoor. Een boel oud en nieuw bij elkaar. Leuk dat het gebouw in 'Support', een van mijn foto's in de Gallery, en passant is meegenomen. Mistig sfeertje. Dat zal wel afgelopen week zijn geweest.
