Very well done. I'm impressed with the attention to details such as the texture of the skin, and the iris of the eye. The fabric on her top also looks very tactile. Nothing really as far as suggestions for improvements other than maybe a different background color (or perhaps an out of focus type of background to give more of a photographic look).
