I wish Chicago mice allowed themselves to be photographed! They're far to fast for that. Just as cute as this one, but fast. I don't know why, but I never consider them to be pests. This is a marvelous shot. I love the clever expression on his face. I agree...what he's smelling is most likely snow, or the promise of it. He's quite a little acrobat too.
