Description

It was the day everyone in the both the Imperium and the Confederacy knew would come, and it was the day that everyone in both the Imperium and Confederacy hoped would never come. It started when the Imperial warship Ramrod challenged an intruder in Imperial space, a huge vessel whose design indicated only one thing - it was a ship of war. With its signals ignored Ramrod approached the intruder only to be meet with a rain of fire from the intruders gun ports. Following Imperial doctrine Ramrod returned fire - the war had begun. Yet another picture from my on-going NH series with background images by Dr O. Todays featured background image is entitled "Heatwave".

The 'first shot' at least begins the process that may lead to the 'last shot'....it's what lies between the two that makes or breaks Nations....or Planets. Great start to the week Phil........
