Description
This one was taken a few years ago and I have not uploaded a swamp image in some time. i need to go and take some swamp images around Lake Charles soon as this one is close to Lafayette. may be you saw it as you driving down I-10 just pass Jennings going east.

oh these are cypress trees that will grow right out the water. The water table is normal here. It is not flooded at all here. just wanted to get that message across

Impenetrable, impassable, dense, tightly packed, solid, impermeable, dark, murky, thick... I have never visited the swamp in Louisiana but now I know where it gets its' reputation:)
