Description
I had a concept in my head for a dress that would be 'simple' and 'understated'. I couldn't help but laugh when this is what I came up with. This dress is anything but simple or understated. In fact, any woman wearing it would get all the attention in any given room. I had to go back and rework it to make it more in line with what I was thinking, but I liked this result of veering so far off course that I figured I would post it. Thanks for looking!
